Paperwork that is ready before you ask
The crew is only half of it. This is how we screen, train, and document the electricians we place onto your jobsites across Jacksonville & Northeast Florida.
The compliance file
What we can put in your hands before the crew arrives.
- Workers' compensationOn request
- General liabilityOn request
- Certificate of insuranceOn request
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30Per electrician
- NFPA 70E arc flashPer electrician
- Screening and referencesBefore placement
Ask and we send it. No chasing, no delay while your GC waits on paperwork.
Insured, and on your certificate
The first thing a GC asks for is a certificate. You should never have to wait on ours.
Workers' compensation
Our electricians are covered under our policy, so an injury on your site does not land on your program.
General liability
Carried on the business, with your company added as certificate holder when your contract requires it.
W-2 workforce
The electricians we place are our employees. Payroll, taxes, and comp stay on us, never reclassified onto you.
Need a certificate of insurance naming your company? Ask and we send it.
Trained before they reach your gate
Safety training is not a differentiator on a commercial site, it is the cost of entry. We treat it that way.
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30
Site safety training appropriate to the role. Crew leads carry the 30 hour card, field electricians the 10 hour.
NFPA 70E
Arc flash and electrical safe work practices. The training that matters most on energized commercial and industrial gear.
Your site rules come first
Badge access, site orientations, shift rules, and JHA requirements are followed as written. Our crew adapts to your program, not the other way around.
We check the work, not the resume
Anyone can list a trade on an application. The only thing that matters is whether they can do it on your job.
- Trade skills checked before placement, not taken on a resume
- Work history and references verified
- Tools and readiness confirmed before day one
- Skill profile shared with your superintendent so you know what is arriving
On licensing
We supply labor, we do not hold the scope. You hold the license, you pull the permits, and your qualifier stays the qualifier of record. Our electricians work under your license and report to your superintendent.
That is a deliberate boundary. It keeps the licensing question clean on your contract and means we are never a competitor bidding against you on your own job.
Questions before you staff a job?
Send us the requirements your contract imposes and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet them.
